Jennifer has handled complex disputes in state and federal courts from inception through trial including financial services, commercial real estate, and securities matters.
Jennifer is comfortable navigating sensitive matters involving fraud, regulatory issues, and business torts. She has significant experience representing owners, commercial lenders, sponsors, developers, tenants, and high net worth individuals in a variety of real estate litigation and arbitration. She also has experience litigating intellectual property matters and handling internal investigations involving the Securities Exchange Commission and the New York Attorney General’s office.
Prior to joining RFB, Jennifer practiced law at the international law firms of Greenberg Traurig LLP and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.
Jennifer was named to “Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch” in 2024. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.
