Jennifer Branca concentrates her practice on high-net-worth matrimonial and family law matters, particularly those involving complex financial issues.
Ms. Branca has extensive experience in the field. She began her career serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Laura E. Drager (Ret.), Supreme Court, New York County and has been practicing matrimonial and family law in New York exclusively since law school.
Ms. Branca was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who in America, representing the field of law. She has also been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for 2023.
Ms. Branca is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College. She is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association (Newsletter & Awards Committee); New York State Bar Association; Catholic Lawyers Guild; and Columbian Lawyers Association (First Judicial Department). Ms. Branca splits her time between Long Island and Manhattan with her husband.
